1. General

Americ Transit Services (ATS) provides high-availability SMS communications specifically designed for the healthcare sector. SMS messages sent through our ATS dedicated short code are used by employees to notify our customers about onboarding, training, appointment scheduling (confirmation/reminder/modification/cancellation), or billing.Communications via our short code services require opt-in consent. Calls to Action (CTA) will be advertised on the web to clients and providers only; the short code (SC) will not be marketed.

2. Opt-In/Opt-Out

Clients can opt-in to the short code program by texting the keyword “ATS.” Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies per user. Text “HELP” to ATS for assistance. Text “STOP” to cancel.You can cancel this service at any time by texting “STOP” to ATS. After you send the “STOP” message, we will send a confirmation message to confirm your unsubscription. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.Providers can opt-in to the short code program by texting the keyword “PROVIDER.” Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies per user. Text “HELP” to PROVIDER for assistance. Text “STOP” to cancel.You can cancel this service at any time by texting “STOP” to PROVIDER. 3. Help

If you forget what keywords are supported, text “HELP” to the previously communicated SMS short code (either ATS or PROVIDER). After sending the “HELP” message, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

4. Participating Carriers

Our participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
